  • Before 1 Day of Delivery Date: If you request to cancel your order 1 day before the delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, meaning you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.

  • Same-Day Cancellations (Item Already Prepared): If the item has already been prepared for delivery, no refund will be issued.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer the option to return products under the following conditions:
