Delivery Policy

We do same day delivery for Metro Manila provided that we received the order BEFORE 2PM. Orders received after 2PM will be shipped the next day.
Our standard Delivery Time is 11am To 7pm. If you request delivery earlier or later then our standard time, please order in advance and make a special request.
Our standard shipping fee is P300 for metro manila and P400 provincial delivery. However, there are some item need extra charge for provincial delivery.
Please provide the complete address. Incorrect address and contact number might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.
Same Day Delivery is not applicable during any event like Valentines, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas. Order must be place in advance. and there is no time specific delivery during any event.
Same day delivery for provincial area is possible in selected cities however order must be in Provincial Category
